And relax….

These Retreats will typically be around 3-4 hours long giving you a bit more than you get from a yoga class but not so much of a commitment (time or money) that they seem unattainable. My aim is to collaborate with wonderful local business to give you some REAL time for you. They will include a gentle Yoga session suitable for pre and postnatal as well as a lovely relaxation. To top it off we will have a little treat just for you. I plan to hold sessions every other month. These are aimed for Mums and Mums to be only so you can really switch and focus on taking care of you!
