And Relax...

These Retreats will typically be around 3-4 hours long giving you a bit more than you get from a yoga class but not so much of a commitment (time or money) that they seem unattainable. My aim is to collaborate with wonderful local business to give you some REAL time for you. They will include a gentle Yoga session suitable for pre and postnatal as well as a lovely relaxation. We will also enjoy anything from Art, to Energy Healing to Pampering and so much more. This is a space for you to take some time back for you and try those activities you always wanted to or always used to do. I hold sessions every other month and these are aimed for Mums and Mums to be only so you can really switch and focus on taking care of you!
