I try and be as reasonable as possible but I am running a business and have often, in the past, been flexible to my detriment. I haven’t increased my costs since I started in 2021 and will resist doing so for as long as possible. Having said that I felt I needed to have clear guidelines for me as well as for you.

Classes with little ones:

These classes are block book ONLY - the reason for this is that little ones tend to settle into the room, my voice, other people and general idea of the class after a session or two. Also, I can build the class up over the weeks as everyones fitness improves. I offer option for those who are on 2nd, 3rd block etc..

Payment is for a full block to reserve your space - I am happy to transfer within the block if you miss a class but I can’t deduct classes you can’t/don’t attend as I wont be able to fill them.

Your space is not reserved until payment is received - I will chase once but I have had people who I have held spaces for (and turned others away) only to find they didn’t come in the end.

Transfer of classes - I do have an evening class, 2 non-active baby and an active baby day class so I am happy for you to attend a different class during the same block if there is space available but you can’t transfer classes to a different block

Cancellation/refund - Refunds or transfer to the following block is only possible if I cancel the class. This is rare, thankfully, but I will ensure I give you as much notice as possible and will always give the option of a refund or class transfer.

Evening classes:

These classes are prebook ONLY - however I do offer the option to block book/book multiple classes at a reduced rate as a thank you for the commitment. I also offer a single class at a slightly higher rate. This still needs to be prebooked but it can be on the day just so I know how many mats to bring.
